The Broken Heart Plant, also known as Monstera adansonii, is a beautiful tropical houseplant famous for its unique, heart-shaped leaves with natural holes or splits. These "holes" are called fenestrations, and they give the plant its broken-heart appearance—hence the name. It belongs to the Araceae family and is a close relative of the Monstera deliciosa.

Feature    Care Tips

Light    Bright, indirect sunlight is best. Avoid direct sun, which can scorch the leaves. Tolerates low light but may grow slower.
Watering    Keep soil moist but not soggy. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. Reduce watering in winter.
Humidity    Prefers high humidity. Mist regularly or place near a humidifier.
